Recumbent handcyclists with no or very limited trunk function, e.g. a spinal cord injury around the upper chest.
H2 athletes ride a recumbent handcycle and have no or very limited trunk and leg function, typically from a thoracic spinal cord injury. They have full or near-full arm and hand function, which is what separates them from H1, but cannot use the trunk to drive the cranks the way H3 and H4 riders can.
